CVE-2026-69250 1 Flowiseai 1 Flowise 2026-09-14 7.5 High
Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.3, the OAuth2 token refresh endpoint POST /api/v1/oauth2-credential/refresh/:credentialId is unauthenticated by design and performs a server-side HTTP request to the credential-controlled accessTokenUrl without SSRF protections. Runtime validation confirmed that the endpoint was reachable without authentication, triggered outbound POST requests to an attacker-controlled server, reflected the full remote response body to the caller through tokenInfo, and sent client_id, client_secret, grant_type=refresh_token, and refresh_token in the request body. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.3.
CVE-2026-88050 2 Tesseract-ocr, Tesseract Project 2 Tesseract Ocr, Tesseract 2026-09-14 5.5 Medium
Tesseract is an open source OCR engine. In version 5.5.3 and earlier, RecodedCharID::DeSerialize in src/ccutil/unicharcompress.h validates length_ but accepts negative code_ values from a crafted .traineddata recoder component. UnicharCompress::ComputeCodeRange in src/ccutil/unicharcompress.cpp can consequently produce code_range_ equal to zero, after which SetupDecoder indexes is_valid_start_ with the negative code on a size-zero vector. The resulting out-of-bounds bit write uses a large wrapped index and reliably causes a wild-address crash or allocation failure on the default LSTM engine. No fixed release is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-88049 2 Tesseract-ocr, Tesseract Project 2 Tesseract Ocr, Tesseract 2026-09-14 5.5 Medium
Tesseract is an open source OCR engine. In version 5.5.3 and earlier, prior .traineddata hardening added bounds checks to NetworkIO::CopyTimeStepGeneral and NetworkIO::Randomize in src/lstm/networkio.cpp but left NetworkIO::WriteTimeStepPart and NetworkIO::AddTimeStepPart unchecked. In LSTM::Forward in src/lstm/lstm.cpp, source_ is sized from the independently deserialized na_ field while the WriteTimeStepPart count is ns_, which comes from the CI gate WeightMatrix dim1() value. A crafted NT_LSTM layer can make ns_ much larger than na_, causing a heap out-of-bounds write during the first recognition step on the default LSTM engine and resulting in heap corruption, a crash, or potentially controlled corruption. No fixed release is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-69252 1 Flowiseai 1 Flowise 2026-09-14 8.8 High
Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.3, the /api/v1/files route was protected only by the feat:files feature gate and did not enforce checkPermission on GET or DELETE. A low-privileged authenticated API key with unrelated permissions could call GET /api/v1/files to list files under the organization storage root and DELETE /api/v1/files?path=... to delete files belonging to other workspaces in the same organization because getAllFiles and deleteFile used activeOrganizationId and a user-controlled path without restricting access by permissions or activeWorkspaceId. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.3.
CVE-2026-88048 2 Tesseract-ocr, Tesseract Project 2 Tesseract Ocr, Tesseract 2026-09-14 7.1 High
Tesseract is an open source OCR engine. In version 5.5.3 and earlier, FullyConnected::DeSerialize in src/lstm/fullyconnected.cpp does not validate the deserialized layer scalars ni_ and no_ against the weight-matrix dimensions. During FullyConnected::Forward, MatrixDotVector in src/lstm/weightmatrix.cpp writes w.dim1() results into temp_line, which is sized from no_, and reads w.dim2() minus one inputs from curr_input, which is sized from ni_. A crafted .traineddata NT_SOFTMAX layer can therefore use inconsistent dimensions to cause a heap out-of-bounds write and read on the default LSTM engine, resulting in heap corruption, a crash, information disclosure, or potentially controlled corruption. No fixed release is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-88047 2 Tesseract-ocr, Tesseract Project 2 Tesseract Ocr, Tesseract 2026-09-14 7.8 High
Tesseract is an open source OCR engine. In version 5.5.3 and earlier, Classify::ReadNormProtos in src/classify/normmatch.cpp parses the NORMPROTO component of a .traineddata file and uses std::istream::operator>>(char*) to extract a whitespace-delimited token into a fixed 61-byte stack buffer without setting a stream width. The 100-byte line buffer can carry a token of up to 99 characters, so a token longer than 60 characters writes up to 39 attacker-controlled bytes past the buffer during TessBaseAPI::Init of the legacy engine, causing stack corruption, denial of service, and potentially control-flow hijacking on affected standard-library implementations. Builds using Apple's libc++ C++20 bounded array overload are incidentally protected, while typical libstdc++ builds remain affected. No fixed release is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-88018 1 Rclone 1 Rclone 2026-09-14 9.8 Critical
rclone is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers. Prior to 1.75.1, rclone serve s3 configured with --auth-proxy but without --auth-key allows authPairMiddleware to register any client-chosen accessKeyID with an empty ws.s3Secret. gofakes3 then verifies the request’s SigV4 signature against that same empty secret, while Server.auth passes the access key identifier as both the user and authentication value to the proxy without an independent per-identity secret. An unauthenticated network attacker can therefore choose an arbitrary access key, sign with an empty secret, and reach whatever backend the auth-proxy script resolves for that identity. This issue is fixed in version 1.75.1.
CVE-2026-88017 1 Rclone 1 Rclone 2026-09-14 7.3 High
rclone is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers. From 1.64.0 until 1.75.1, the FTP auth-proxy driver in cmd/serve/ftp/ftp.go stores one obscured password per username in the server-wide userPass map[string]string instead of binding the credential or VFS to the authenticated session. If two accepted credentials use the same username but resolve to different proxy backends, a later CheckPasswd login overwrites userPass[user], and subsequent getVFS operations on the first session are reauthorized with the later password. The first session can then read, create, overwrite, rename, or delete objects using the second credential’s backend authority. Exploitation requires the later same-username login to occur while the first session remains open. This issue is fixed in version 1.75.1.
CVE-2026-88016 1 Rclone 1 Rclone 2026-09-14 7.1 High
rclone is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers. Prior to 1.75.1, when backend/local runs with --links, a source .rclonelink object can plant a symlink in the destination and later directory metadata is applied through that path. MkdirMetadata, writeMetadataToFile, and setTimes operate when Directory.translatedLink=false, so os.Chown, os.Chmod, os.Chtimes, and birth-time handling can bypass os.Root confinement and follow the symlink. An attacker controlling source contents can therefore apply selected ownership, permissions, modification times, or birth times to a file or directory outside the destination, with --metadata required for chmod and chown while modification time is applied by the normal directory workflow. This issue is fixed in version 1.75.1.
CVE-2026-82762 2026-09-14 8.8 High
Improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command ('OS Command Injection') issue exists in Contec FX5000 series, FX4000 series, and FX3000 series. If this vulnerability is exploited, an arbitrary OS command may be executed by an attacker who can log in to the product.
CVE-2026-90701 1 Subhajitkhan 1 Online-clinic-management-system 2026-09-14 7.3 High
A vulnerability was detected in subhajitkhan online-clinic-management-system up to e9ee77a8827a1446220fa07ee693dc4d9a29a578. The affected element is an unknown function of the file listdoctor.php. Performing a manipulation of the argument searchtext results in sql injection. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. This product uses a rolling release model to deliver continuous updates. As a result, specific version information for affected or updated releases is not available. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
CVE-2026-73195 1 Apache 1 Syncope 2026-09-14 7.3 High
Improper Encoding or Escaping of Output vulnerability in Apache Syncope. Authenticated users can store a spreadsheet formula payload in one of their own plain attributes. When such users are included in a CSV export and the generated CSV file is opened by a spreadsheet application, the formula may be executed. This issue affects Apache Syncope: from 3.0.0-M0 through 3.0.16, from 4.0.0-M0 Through 4.0.7, from 4.1.0-M0 through 4.1.2. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.0.8 / 4.1.3, which fix this issue.
CVE-2026-90939 1 Xxyopen 1 Novel-plus 2026-09-14 6.5 Medium
novel-plus through 5.3.3 contains an information disclosure vulnerability in the /sys/user/list endpoint that lacks proper permission annotations. Authenticated attackers can retrieve password hashes and personal data including email addresses and phone numbers for users within their data scope, enabling offline hash cracking and account takeover.
CVE-2026-88012 1 Traefik 1 Traefik 2026-09-14 5.3 Medium
Traefik is an open source HTTP reverse proxy and load balancer. From 2.8.2 until 2.11.56 and 3.7.12, HTTP/3 entrypoints do not apply entryPoints..transport.respondingTimeouts.readTimeout because the timeout is enforced on a TCP connection and the HTTP/3 server has no corresponding QUIC stream deadline. An unauthenticated client can use a slow request body, trickling data indefinitely while holding a request and an upstream connection open and exhausting backends with bounded connection pools. This issue is fixed in 2.11.56 and 3.7.12.
CVE-2026-69253 1 Flowiseai 1 Flowise 2026-09-14 8.8 High
Flowise is a drag-and-drop user interface for building customized large language model (LLM) flows. Prior to version 3.1.3, several custom-tool components — AgentAsTool, ChatflowTool, and ExecuteFlow — ran code in the in-process  vm2  sandbox. To build that code, they inserted a user-controlled  baseURL  value straight into the JavaScript source, for example  const url = "${baseURL}/..."; . The only check on  baseURL  was  isValidURL , but a valid-looking URL can still contain characters that break out of a code string. An authenticated user could craft a  baseURL  that passed this check, closed the surrounding string, and injected their own JavaScript into the sandboxed script (code injection, CWE-94). The  vm2  sandbox runs in the same Node.js process as Flowise and exposes risky dependencies. As a result, the injected code could escape the sandbox and run arbitrary code on the Flowise server as the Flowise process user. Exploitation only requires an authenticated session. The issue is fixed in version 3.1.3, which passes the URL to the sandbox as data instead of inserting it into code and adds stricter URL validation.
CVE-2026-88011 1 Traefik 1 Traefik 2026-09-14 8.1 High
Traefik is an open source HTTP reverse proxy and load balancer. Prior to 2.11.56, and from 3.0.0 until 3.7.12, a client-supplied dot-form header such as X.Authenticated.User survives ForwardAuth replacement and underscoreHeadersStrategy because Go treats it as distinct from X-Authenticated-User while normalization-prone CGI, WSGI, PHP, and NGINX backends collapse both names. A backend can consequently consume the client value instead of the identity Traefik asserted, allowing identity spoofing for any header managed by Traefik. The aliasHeadersStrategy protection is disabled by default and must be configured as delete or reject. The mitigation is available in 2.11.56 and 3.7.12.
CVE-2026-69254 1 Flowiseai 1 Flowise 2026-09-14 8.8 High
Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to 3.1.3, executeJavaScriptCode() accepted caller-provided nodeVMOptions and merged them over the default NodeVM security settings in packages/components/src/utils.ts. An authenticated attacker reaching packages/server/src/routes/node-custom-functions/index.ts could run a custom function that imported flowise-components/dist/src/utils.js, called executeJavaScriptCode() again with nodeVMOptions.require.builtin set to allow all built-in modules, and then required child_process to execute arbitrary system commands as root on the Flowise server. This issue is fixed in version 3.1.3.
