| nebula-mesh is a self-hosted control plane for Slack Nebula mesh VPN. From version 0.6.0 to before version 0.7.2, non-admin operators (role user) can set allow_private: true on their own managed webhook subscription (POST/PATCH /api/v1/webhook-subscriptions). No admin check exists on this field. At delivery time, allow_private switches the dispatcher to an unguarded HTTP client, bypassing the private/loopback/link-local SSRF guard — letting a low-privilege operator make the server request internal addresses. This issue has been patched in version 0.7.2. |

| n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to 2.37.7 and 2.38.2, the Instance AI credential setup flow accepted a credential test or verification URL without checking that it matched the workflow node's origin. Attacker-controlled fetched content could influence that URL after a user injected it into the setup flow, causing authenticated requests, redirects, or probes to reach another origin. The affected logic includes packages/@n8n/instance-ai/src/tools/workflows/credential-utils.ts and the extractServiceOrigin origin derivation. This issue is fixed in versions 2.37.7 and 2.38.2. |
| InstantCMS is a free and open source content management system. Versions prior to 2.18.2 have a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the file upload functionality (`system/core/uploader.php` at lines 509-532). When the "upload from URL" feature follows an HTTP redirect, the redirected target URL bypasses the private IP address blacklist check. This allows authenticated users to scan and access internal network services. Version 2.18.2 contains a fix. |

| A Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability exists in the ONLYOFFICE ownCloud Integration plugin version 9.12. The /apps/onlyoffice/ajax/settings/address endpoint does not sufficiently validate the user-supplied Document Server URL before initiating outbound connections. An authenticated administrator can manipulate the document server parameter to cause the ownCloud server to send arbitrary requests to attacker-controlled destinations, including localhost and internal network hosts. This allows internal network reconnaissance and TCP port scanning based on differences in server responses. |
| Affected versions of MISP contain insufficient validation of server-side outbound HTTP destinations in feed retrieval and TAXII discovery functionality.
In feed processing, redirects were followed without validating the redirect scheme or destination. The original request headers were reused across redirect hops, meaning authentication headers or API credentials configured for a feed could be forwarded to a different host. Redirects could also target internal network resources, resulting in SSRF. The fix adds redirect validation, blocks internal destinations for cross-host redirects, strips configured feed credentials before following redirects to another host, and pins validated DNS results to prevent re-resolution after validation.
The TAXII discovery endpoint had a related incomplete SSRF defense. It used gethostbyname() and compared the result against only a few literal addresses. This missed cases including IPv6 loopback (::1), numeric host encodings such as 0x7f000001, and potentially multiple DNS records. The fix moves TAXII discovery to the shared URL egress validator.
Together, these commits harden MISP's outbound URL handling against alternate-address representations, DNS-related bypasses, unsafe redirects, internal-host access, and cross-host credential forwarding.

| Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in ash-project ash_authentication_oauth2_server allows an attacker who controls a client metadata URL and its DNS to make the server connect to internal or loopback addresses.
public_ip?/1 in AshAuthentication.Oauth2Server.CIMD.ReqFetcher enforces the outbound policy for CIMD metadata fetches. It classified several address forms as publicly routable that are not: IPv4-compatible ::/96 (for example ::127.0.0.1), SIIT IPv4-translated ::ffff:0:0:0/96, and deprecated site-local fec0::/10. A returned AAAA record in one of these ranges passed the policy, so a fetch pinned to that address reached space the policy was meant to block.

| XenForo before 2.3.13 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the PayPal REST webhook handler that allows unauthenticated attackers to cause the server to make outbound HTTP requests to arbitrary destinations by supplying a crafted certificate URL in webhook headers without scheme, hostname, or allowlist validation. Attackers can submit a crafted POST to the PayPal webhook callback endpoint to reach internal network resources including cloud instance metadata services, potentially disclosing IAM credentials or enabling secondary internal service exploitation. |

| YesWiki is a wiki system written in PHP. From version 4.6.2 to before version 4.6.6, the POST /api/forms/{formId}/actor/inbox route - exposed publicly with acl:"public" - accepts an HTTP Signature header whose keyId parameter is a URL. HttpSignatureService::verifySignature() parses the header and immediately makes a server-side HTTP GET to that URL, before any cryptographic verification or URL validation. An unauthenticated remote attacker can therefore make YesWiki issue arbitrary outbound HTTP requests to any host the server can reach - internal services, cloud-metadata endpoints (169.254.169.254), intranet-only admin panels, etc. - and read enough back via timing and error-message oracles to scan ports, enumerate services, and (on a real cloud instance) reach IAM metadata. The only deployment-side precondition is that ActivityPub be enabled on at least one Bazar form. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.6. |
| In Eclipse Che versions 7.79.0 through 7.121.0, the dashboard backend's POST /dashboard/api/data/resolver endpoint passes a caller-supplied URL directly to an outbound HTTP GET request with no host filtering. An authenticated user can exploit this server-side request forgery (SSRF) to read responses from internal network addresses, including the cloud instance metadata service (169.254.169.254), loopback interfaces, RFC-1918 private ranges, and in-cluster Kubernetes services. The operator-configured allowlist (spec.devEnvironments.allowedSources.urls) is not consulted. The vulnerability is fixed in version 7.122.0, which adds private-address blocking, IPv4-mapped IPv6 bypass prevention, operator allowlist enforcement, and disables HTTP redirects on the outbound request. |
