CVE-2025-68318 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: clk: thead: th1520-ap: set all AXI clocks to CLK_IS_CRITICAL The AXI crossbar of TH1520 has no proper timeout handling, which means gating AXI clocks can easily lead to bus timeout and thus system hang. Set all AXI clock gates to CLK_IS_CRITICAL. All these clock gates are ungated by default on system reset. In addition, convert all current CLK_IGNORE_UNUSED usage to CLK_IS_CRITICAL to prevent unwanted clock gating.

CVE-2023-54233 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ASoC: SOF: avoid a NULL dereference with unsupported widgets If an IPC4 topology contains an unsupported widget, its .module_info field won't be set, then sof_ipc4_route_setup() will cause a kernel Oops trying to dereference it. Add a check for such cases.
CVE-2023-54232 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: m68k: Only force 030 bus error if PC not in exception table __get_kernel_nofault() does copy data in supervisor mode when forcing a task backtrace log through /proc/sysrq_trigger. This is expected cause a bus error exception on e.g. NULL pointer dereferencing when logging a kernel task has no workqueue associated. This bus error ought to be ignored. Our 030 bus error handler is ill equipped to deal with this: Whenever ssw indicates a kernel mode access on a data fault, we don't even attempt to handle the fault and instead always send a SEGV signal (or panic). As a result, the check for exception handling at the fault PC (buried in send_sig_fault() which gets called from do_page_fault() eventually) is never used. In contrast, both 040 and 060 access error handlers do not care whether a fault happened on supervisor mode access, and will call do_page_fault() on those, ultimately honoring the exception table. Add a check in bus_error030 to call do_page_fault() in case we do have an entry for the fault PC in our exception table. I had attempted a fix for this earlier in 2019 that did rely on testing pagefault_disabled() (see link below) to achieve the same thing, but this patch should be more generic. Tested on 030 Atari Falcon.

CVE-2023-53995 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: ipv4: fix one memleak in __inet_del_ifa() I got the below warning when do fuzzing test: unregister_netdevice: waiting for bond0 to become free. Usage count = 2 It can be repoduced via: ip link add bond0 type bond sysctl -w net.ipv4.conf.bond0.promote_secondaries=1 ip addr add 4.117.174.103/0 scope 0x40 dev bond0 ip addr add 192.168.100.111/255.255.255.254 scope 0 dev bond0 ip addr add 0.0.0.4/0 scope 0x40 secondary dev bond0 ip addr del 4.117.174.103/0 scope 0x40 dev bond0 ip link delete bond0 type bond In this reproduction test case, an incorrect 'last_prim' is found in __inet_del_ifa(), as a result, the secondary address(0.0.0.4/0 scope 0x40) is lost. The memory of the secondary address is leaked and the reference of in_device and net_device is leaked. Fix this problem: Look for 'last_prim' starting at location of the deleted IP and inserting the promoted IP into the location of 'last_prim'.
CVE-2023-53998 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hwrng: virtio - Fix race on data_avail and actual data The virtio rng device kicks off a new entropy request whenever the data available reaches zero. When a new request occurs at the end of a read operation, that is, when the result of that request is only needed by the next reader, then there is a race between the writing of the new data and the next reader. This is because there is no synchronisation whatsoever between the writer and the reader. Fix this by writing data_avail with smp_store_release and reading it with smp_load_acquire when we first enter read. The subsequent reads are safe because they're either protected by the first load acquire, or by the completion mechanism. Also remove the redundant zeroing of data_idx in random_recv_done (data_idx must already be zero at this point) and data_avail in request_entropy (ditto).
CVE-2022-50722 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-15 N/A

The problem with that approach and a later patch (see Fixes: tag) is that as sd_state argument to v4l2_subdev_get_try_crop() et al is NULL, there is now an attempt to dereference that. Fix this. Also rewrap lines a little.

However, inode<5> contain incorrect imode and disordered extents, and i_nlink is set to 1. The extents check for inode in the ext4_iget function can be bypassed bacause 5 is EXT4_BOOT_LOADER_INO. While links_count is set to 1, the extents are not initialized in swap_inode_boot_loader. After the ioctl command is executed successfully, the extents are swapped to inode<12>, in this case, run the `cat` command to view inode<12>. And Bug_ON is triggered due to the incorrect extents. When the boot loader inode is not initialized, its imode can be one of the following: 1) the imode is a bad type, which is marked as bad_inode in ext4_iget and set to S_IFREG. 2) the imode is good type but not S_IFREG. 3) the imode is S_IFREG. The BUG_ON may be triggered by bypassing the check in cases 1 and 2. Therefore, when the boot loader inode is bad_inode or its imode is not S_IFREG, initialize the inode to avoid triggering the BUG.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: x86/hyperv: Disable IBT when hypercall page lacks ENDBR instruction On hardware that supports Indirect Branch Tracking (IBT), Hyper-V VMs with ConfigVersion 9.3 or later support IBT in the guest. However, current versions of Hyper-V have a bug in that there's not an ENDBR64 instruction at the beginning of the hypercall page. Since hypercalls are made with an indirect call to the hypercall page, all hypercall attempts fail with an exception and Linux panics. A Hyper-V fix is in progress to add ENDBR64. But guard against the Linux panic by clearing X86_FEATURE_IBT if the hypercall page doesn't start with ENDBR. The VM will boot and run without IBT. If future Linux 32-bit kernels were to support IBT, additional hypercall page hackery would be needed to make IBT work for such kernels in a Hyper-V VM.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/chrome: cros_ec_typec: zero out stale pointers `cros_typec_get_switch_handles` allocates four pointers when obtaining type-c switch handles. These pointers are all freed if failing to obtain any of them; therefore, pointers in `port` become stale. The stale pointers eventually cause use-after-free or double free in later code paths. Zeroing out all pointer fields after freeing to eliminate these stale pointers.

Remove the cast to `long' that is no longer needed on `addr' now that it is used as an offset from PCI_IOBASE and add parentheses around `addr' needed for predictable evaluation in macro expansion. No need to make said adjustments in separate changes given that current code is gravely broken and does not ever work.
