A flaw was found in the cookie date handling logic of the libsoup HTTP library, widely used by GNOME and other applications for web communication. When processing cookies with specially crafted expiration dates, the library may perform an out-of-bounds memory read. This flaw could result in unintended disclosure of memory contents, potentially exposing sensitive information from the process using libsoup.
CVE-2025-8941 1 Redhat 13 Cert Manager, Confidential Compute Attestation, Discovery and 10 more 2026-04-15 7.8 High
A flaw was found in linux-pam. The pam_namespace module may improperly handle user-controlled paths, allowing local users to exploit symlink attacks and race conditions to elevate their privileges to root. This CVE provides a "complete" fix for CVE-2025-6020.
CVE-2024-1753 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Eus 2026-04-15 8.6 High
A flaw was found in Buildah (and subsequently Podman Build) which allows containers to mount arbitrary locations on the host filesystem into build containers. A malicious Containerfile can use a dummy image with a symbolic link to the root filesystem as a mount source and cause the mount operation to mount the host root filesystem inside the RUN step. The commands inside the RUN step will then have read-write access to the host filesystem, allowing for full container escape at build time.
CVE-2025-49175 1 Redhat 7 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 4 more 2026-04-15 6.1 Medium
A flaw was found in the X Rendering extension's handling of animated cursors. If a client provides no cursors, the server assumes at least one is present, leading to an out-of-bounds read and potential crash.
CVE-2025-47905 1 Redhat 5 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 2 more 2026-04-15 5.4 Medium
Varnish Cache before 7.6.3 and 7.7 before 7.7.1, and Varnish Enterprise before 6.0.13r14, allow client-side desync via HTTP/1 requests, because the product incorrectly permits CRLF to be skipped to delimit chunk boundaries.
CVE-2025-23083 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus 2026-04-15 N/A
With the aid of the diagnostics_channel utility, an event can be hooked into whenever a worker thread is created. This is not limited only to workers but also exposes internal workers, where an instance of them can be fetched, and its constructor can be grabbed and reinstated for malicious usage. This vulnerability affects Permission Model users (--permission) on Node.js v20, v22, and v23.
CVE-2024-21823 1 Redhat 5 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 2 more 2026-04-15 7.5 High
Hardware logic with insecure de-synchronization in Intel(R) DSA and Intel(R) IAA for some Intel(R) 4th or 5th generation Xeon(R) processors may allow an authorized user to potentially enable escalation of privilege local access
CVE-2025-20623 1 Redhat 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more 2026-04-15 5.6 Medium
Exposure of sensitive information caused by shared microarchitectural predictor state that influences transient execution for some Intel(R) Core™ processors (10th Generation) may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable information disclosure via local access.
CVE-2025-5024 1 Redhat 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more 2026-04-15 7.4 High
A flaw was found in gnome-remote-desktop. Once gnome-remote-desktop listens for RDP connections, an unauthenticated attacker can exhaust system resources and repeatedly crash the process. There may be a resource leak after many attacks, which will also result in gnome-remote-desktop no longer being able to open files even after it is restarted via systemd.
CVE-2025-32050 1 Redhat 2 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus 2026-04-15 5.9 Medium
A flaw was found in libsoup. The libsoup append_param_quoted() function may contain an overflow bug resulting in a buffer under-read.
CVE-2024-24582 1 Redhat 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more 2026-04-15 7.5 High
Improper input validation in XmlCli feature for UEFI firmware for some Intel(R) processors may allow privileged user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
CVE-2025-46421 1 Redhat 5 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 2 more 2026-04-15 6.8 Medium
A flaw was found in libsoup. When libsoup clients encounter an HTTP redirect, they mistakenly send the HTTP Authorization header to the new host that the redirection points to. This allows the new host to impersonate the user to the original host that issued the redirect.
CVE-2025-66287 1 Redhat 7 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 4 more 2026-04-15 8.8 High
A flaw was found in WebKitGTK. Processing malicious web content can cause an unexpected process crash due to improper memory handling.
CVE-2024-10306 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Jboss Core Services, Rhel Eus 2026-04-15 5.4 Medium
A vulnerability was found in mod_proxy_cluster. The issue is that the <Directory> directive should be replaced by the <Location> directive as the former does not restrict IP/host access as `Require ip IP_ADDRESS` would suggest. This means that anyone with access to the host might send MCMP requests that may result in adding/removing/updating nodes for the balancing. However, this host should not be accessible to the public network as it does not serve the general traffic.
CVE-2024-2905 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Eus 2026-04-15 6.2 Medium
A security vulnerability has been discovered within rpm-ostree, pertaining to the /etc/shadow file in default builds having the world-readable bit enabled. This issue arises from the default permissions being set at a higher level than recommended, potentially exposing sensitive authentication data to unauthorized access.
CVE-2024-24791 2 Go Standard Library, Redhat 20 Net\/http, Amq Streams, Ceph Storage and 17 more 2026-04-15 7.5 High
The net/http HTTP/1.1 client mishandled the case where a server responds to a request with an "Expect: 100-continue" header with a non-informational (200 or higher) status. This mishandling could leave a client connection in an invalid state, where the next request sent on the connection will fail. An attacker sending a request to a net/http/httputil.ReverseProxy proxy can exploit this mishandling to cause a denial of service by sending "Expect: 100-continue" requests which elicit a non-informational response from the backend. Each such request leaves the proxy with an invalid connection, and causes one subsequent request using that connection to fail.
CVE-2024-9632 1 Redhat 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more 2026-04-15 7.8 High
A flaw was found in the X.org server. Due to improperly tracked allocation size in _XkbSetCompatMap, a local attacker may be able to trigger a buffer overflow condition via a specially crafted payload, leading to denial of service or local privilege escalation in distributions where the X.org server is run with root privileges.
CVE-2024-12254 2 Python Software Foundation, Redhat 3 Cpython, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus 2026-04-15 7.5 High
Starting in Python 3.12.0, the asyncio._SelectorSocketTransport.writelines() method would not "pause" writing and signal to the Protocol to drain the buffer to the wire once the write buffer reached the "high-water mark". Because of this, Protocols would not periodically drain the write buffer potentially leading to memory exhaustion. This vulnerability likely impacts a small number of users, you must be using Python 3.12.0 or later, on macOS or Linux, using the asyncio module with protocols, and using .writelines() method which had new zero-copy-on-write behavior in Python 3.12.0 and later. If not all of these factors are true then your usage of Python is unaffected.
